If the order has been damaged, expired before the expiration date, or lost during transit, you can request a refund or order replacement when you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Mythical Meats reserves the right to verify your request, require proof of purchase and deny guarantee requests if a customer has misused the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Are any of your snack sticks gluten-free?

All of our snack sticks are gluten-free EXCEPT for Werewolf and Mermaid. The Original Sampler Pack is completely gluten-free. This information can be verified in the ingredient lists for each stick, found here. 

Do your sticks contain MSG?

No! Our sticks are MSG-free.

What is the ratio of game meat to beef in the sticks?

For all of the sticks that list the game meat as the first ingredient, the ratio is approximately 60% game meat : 40% beef.
